Engagement with Universities and Colleges
Innovation is paramount at ITL and can only be achieved through the diversification of ideas. This outreach is intended to expand our engagement with universities and colleges to raise student and faculty awareness about the exciting work going on at NIST – and motivate them to consider pursuing opportunities to work with ITL. Our staff thrive in various scientific fields ranging from artificial intelligence to cybersecurity and they are eager to share that expertise with future innovators. As members of the scientific and engineering eco-system we are excited to share our knowledge with the community.
Presentations, typically 45 minutes with 15 minutes for discussion, can be done either in person or virtually. There is no cost associated with the speaker. To engage a speaker, please submit a Speaker Request Form. The ITL Speakers Bureau will put you in touch with that speaker to discuss availability and scheduling.
