Have you—or someone else in your organization—ever wanted to learn what Baldrige examiners learn but thought you didn’t have enough time to commit to being an examiner? If so, you are in luck.

This year, we are again making  a limited number of seats in our 2014 Baldrige Examiner Preparation Course available for a fee. So, you have the opportunity to attend one of the top-10-ranked government leadership development programs, according to Leadership Excellence magazine.

As part of the course, you will learn the evaluation methods and techniques used by Baldrige examiners and interact directly with the 2014 Baldrige examiners and staff members throughout the training week (without having to serve as an examiner).

Using a case study methodology and peer-driven learning model, you will learn how to use the Baldrige Criteria to

— evaluate an organization’s processes,

— evaluate an organization’s results, and

— write actionable feedback that can help any organization (including your own) improve.

So come take part in this highly interactive learning experience, and learn what Baldrige examiners learn. The available classes are scheduled for April 22–25, April 29–May 2, and May 6–9. All classes will be held at the Baldrige Program headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD. The standard tuition for the 3.5-day training course is $1,745. Registration ends April 2, 2014. Only a limited number of seats are available, so register today.

If these training dates don’t work for you, you can contact the state or local Baldrige-based program in your area  to learn about its training offerings. Some of these programs offer a variety of training options at different times during the year.
