Amy S. Rushing is an information technology specialist in the Applied Economics Office of the Engineering Laboratory (EL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Ms. Rushing joined the Applied Economics Office in May 1997. Her major interests are computer programming and web site design. Ms. Rushing programs in Java and CA-Visual Objects. She is also proficient in HTML and web site design. In addition to her academic training in Information and Computer Science at Hood College, she has completed computer training courses in HTML, Java, Access, Photoshop, and the design of user-interfaces. She currently is working on software development for the Life-Cycle Costing Methodology project. Latest Publications
