Procedures for encrypting validation results and software being sent to NIST for PFTII evaluation. NOTE: The participants should email their public key to the NIST PFTII Liason (pft@nist.gov). Then, either FAX or mail their public key's fingerprint to the PFTII Liason using the information contained in the application to participate.
