MacLispix Buttons MLx Home | MLx menu | MLx buttons | Widgets | Index | What's New
Most of the image processing functions that are built into MacLispix are accessed via the buttons. The window with the buttons is made or brought to the front using the MLX -> Buttons menu.
Buttons usually work with one click (the window does not have to be in front - the button just has to be visible). An elipsis (...) after the button name means that it brings up a pop-up menu. It is necessary to hold the button down for a small instant to see the menu.

This button brings up a pop-up menu that makes a new special purpose button window, or brings that window to the front if it has already been made. The Multivariate button window menu item is built in. Another menu item is added when a widget is loaded, such as the Blob or Electron Diffraction widget.
