2 & 3 Variable Tool

• For color overlays and scatter plots, the red, green and blue images must be gray level images. 
• The mask must be a mask image (binary image).
• The RGB image must be an RGB color image.
  
• Note - RGB images can be saved as TIFF or JPEG.  By default they converted to gray level images when they are read back in.  You can change this.
