2009 Microscopy Society of America Fellow - Dale Newbury
The designation of "MSA Fellow" is intended to recognize senior distinguished members of the Society who have made significant contributions to the advancement of the science and practice of microscopy imaging, analysis and diffraction techniques.

Dr. Newbury received the Microscopy Society of America Fellow Award for his seminal contributions to the application of x-ray microanalysis and for the development of Monte Carlo simulation techniques for accurate micro- and nano- analysis.
