Research Interests
Probing the structure and physical processes of pattern formation in nanostructured films using scattering based techniques including small angle x-ray scattering (SAXS), small angle neutron scattering (SANS), x-ray and neutron reflectivity, and grazing incidence small angle x-ray scattering (GI-SAXS). Areas of interest include probing the origins of pattern formation in systems of interest to the electronics and data storage industries including self-assembly of block copolymer films, nanoimprinted films, nanoporous low-k dielectrics, and EUV photoresists.
