Version 1.1.3
November 2013
Minor corrections of typographical errors in several places.
Version 1.1.2
August 2005
Configuration and term information which was inadvertently omitted in previous versions for a few levels in the energy level tables of Bi, Os, and several members of the actinides and lanthanides is revised. Many of these levels are of odd parity, but appeared to be of even parity in previous versions.  A few references are updated to include publication information and online availability.  Three additional persistent lines for Si II are included and the data for the upper level of the Sm II persistent line at 4280.789 Å is corrected.  The configuration designations for the energy levels of Pt I have been changed to avoid duplicate names and the J value for the 21435.191 cm-1 level of Au I has been corrected to 3/2.
Version 1.1.1
April 2005
A typographical error in isotope abundance of 71Ga was corrected.
Version 1.1
May 2004
This version includes substantial revisions of the spectra of He, Ne, and Cr based on newly available data. In addition, ionization energies have been updated for Hf, I, Ag, and Cd. There are more recent values of the transition probabilities for Fe, Yb, and Lu and the rounding of the wavelengths of  Mg and Na has been changed. The ground states of Cs and Ba have been corrected, and missing information for some persistent lines has been added to the persistent lines tables. Also there are some minor improvements in formatting and the wording of a few references and notes is changed.
Version 1.0
March 2003
This database contains atomic data including the wavelengths of strong lines, transition probabilities and energy levels for the most persistent lines, energy level values for the lowest few configurations, and ionization energies for the first and second spectra of 99 elements (H through Es).
