Biographical sketch:

Dr. Joshua C. Bienfang is a physicist in the Quantum Optics group in the Quantum Measurement Division of the Physical Measurement Laboratory. Before coming to NIST in 2002, Dr. Bienfang held a post-doctoral position at the Air Force Research Laboratory, at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico building high-power lasers for adaptive optics systems.
