Abstract
This is the third and final article in a series describing assessment activities at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Research Library. The first article described the development, administration, and interpretation of a customer survey. The second described those same elements of the library s benchmarking activities. This article addresses how the results of these two activities fit together to provide direction for the library s operational and strategic planning.Citation
