2018 ACS PMSE Fellow

The ACS PMSE Fellow Program was started in 2000 to honor PMSE Members for scientific and technological contributions to polymer material science and engineering.  To date, 97 fellows have been inducted, with four new members for 2018. http://pmse.sites.acs.org/pmsefellows.htm

Congratulations to Chris Stafford (Functional Polymers Group) for being selected as a Fellow of the Polymeric Materials: Science and Engineering (PMSE) Division of the American Chemical Society (ACS) for 2018. He is being recognized for “for the development of techniques for measuring the mechanical and transport properties of thin polymer films and membranes”. Chris has been a member of ACS since 1997 and served as a PMSE Program Chair from 2010 to 2016.  He has also organized several symposia in both PMSE and POLY Divisions of ACS.
