2024 - North American Thermal Analysis Society Outstanding Service Award---Ran Tao

Dr. Ran Tao recently received the NATAS Outstanding Service Award at the 2024 50th Annual Conference of the North American Thermal Analysis Society in Knoxville, Tennessee, in recognition of her dedication and leadership in serving the Society. 

Since 2015, Dr. Tao has made increasingly significant contributions to NATAS. Her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, along with her efforts in organizing impactful sessions, increasing publicity, and advancing educational initiatives, has been instrumental in furthering NATAS’s mission. As the current Education Councilor, she continues to expand the Society's reach and advocates for thermal analysis to meet the evolving needs of emerging industries such as semiconductors and additive manufacturing.
