Moneer Helu is the leader of the Lifecycle Engineering Group in the Systems Integration Division of the NIST Engineering Laboratory. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an S.B. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. An analog enthusiast in a digital world, Moneer enjoys collecting watches, fountain pens, and stamps.
