Election Results Reporting Subgroup
READ-ONLY SITE MATERIALS: Historical voting TWiki site (2015-2020) ARCHIVED from https://collaborate.nist.gov/voting/bin/view/Voting
This subgroup is creating a common data format for election results reporting.
There are two phases to this effort:
- Phase 1 - create initial version 1.0 specification and use as possible in 2015-2016 elections
- Phase 2 - based on feedback from Phase 1, create version 2.0 of specification
Phase 2 also involves creation of a repository of identifiers for geo-political geographies and for the most common types of contests.
Current Status
The Election Results Reporting Common Data Format Specification Version 2.0 has been published.
