Kansas Manufacturing Solutions, part of the MEP National Network™, hosted a facilitation meeting bringing together key stakeholders from Trimac Industrial Systems to assess their current position, define strategic objectives, and formulate actionable plans. KMS aimed to position their organization for continued success and growth in the manufacturing industry. KMS believes that this meeting served as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and strategic alignment within Trimac Industrial Systems team.
