Manufacturing Works has continued to help Schlagel Manufacturing improve our processes by improving safety, efficiency, and profitability.
MEP's Role
MW, initiated the process by conducting a business assessment to outline a roadmap for enhancements. Subsequently, MW facilitated a connection between Schlagel and CS Consulting, a trusted vendor specializing in safety. After a successful initial call, the project began with the establishment of a clear scope of work. Moreover, MW partnered with Wyoming Workforce Services to aid in applying and securing a training grant, significantly reducing the cost of safety training for Schlagel. Impressed by these accomplishments, Schlagel turned to MW for additional support in identifying a new shipping provider and implementing a new ERP system, aiming to further boost efficiency and profitability.
