The NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework emphasizes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) required to fulfill a variety of Work Roles with a bent towards developing technical competencies. Yet, employers frequently express to educators and students that soft skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, creative thinking, resourcefulness, acting as a team player, and flexibility are among the most desirable attributes they are looking for in a new hire. This webinar will explore frameworks, resources, and effective approaches for developing soft skills to complement NICE Framework KSA’s to develop a well-rounded cybersecurity workforce.
