She has set the standard for compliance and accuracy in retirement and benefits, resulting in NIST realizing its goal of error-free retirement packages and consistently obtaining an accuracy goal of 100% on the OPM Monthly Retirement Accuracy Report, an unprecedented feat. By comparison, government-wide and in other DOC bureaus, retirement accuracy averages 75-85%. Ms. Eckstine illustrates a deep commitment to the needs of the NIST community, servicing all aspects of retirement and benefits with an unrelenting commitment that far surpasses the requirements of her position.
