Ms. Garshick is recognized for leading the development and evolution of the globally emulated Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework and derivative products from January 2013 to the present, significantly enhancing the reach and impact of the Baldrige Program. The Baldrige Framework is the global standard of organizational excellence and facilitates a systems approach to continuous improvement and achieving organization-wide excellence. Garshick manages the regular revisions of the framework, bringing together quality-management professionals, leaders in the business, healthcare, and education sectors to ensure that the framework remains on the leading edge of validated leadership practice. In addition, she has led the effort to produce several derivative products targeting specific needs of specific audiences.
