Dr. Martin is recognized for his outstanding contributions to the MML metrology and Accolades programs, staff professional growth, organizational innovation, and the Combined Federal Campaign. He is an accomplished physicist and a creative and artistic person, and he has used his wide range of skills to support NIST’s mission as well as multiple institutional service activities. Underlying all of his contributions is his willingness and ability to combine his scientific knowledge, his understanding of others’ needs, and his artistic sensibilities for the greater good.
