Mr. Currens and Ms. Goode are recognized for their outstanding work developing and supporting a mentoring culture and a learning organization that value perseverance, integrity, inclusivity and excellence. They established a NIST-wide mentoring program and Leadership for All to bring learning and development to a broad NIST audience, reflecting NIST's strategic goals and vision. They partnered with stakeholders to develop curricula of relevant and topical content to encourage an inclusive workplace.
