Dr. Boggs is recognized for not only her scientific accomplishments but also her passion to help fellow scientists achieve their career goals in a supportive environment that seeks to include and celebrate NIST's people. Dr. Boggs does this through both her words and her tireless actions. She is the founder of the Ft. Johnson STEM Forum and has been instrumental on many other committees, including the Research Advisory Committee and MML People's Committee. It is evident that she is truly committed to this endeavor and has made a significant positive impact on the well-being and careers of her colleagues.
