AWARD CITATION
Ms. Knepp is recognized for her diligent support of NIST learning and onboarding programs. She has proven herself to be essential to the Office of Human Resources Management’s ability to provide high-quality, useful employee development content to NIST staff. She was instrumental in supporting the transition of all of the NIST Leadership and Employee Development content to virtual platforms due to mandatory telework caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This transition impacted over 100 classes and several hundred participants. Her contributions have affected the NIST community at large – directly and meaningfully.
