AWARD CITATION
Mr. Armstrong is recognized for his professionalism, commitment, and ingenuity while providing crucial support associated with the critical electrical infrastructure on the NIST Gaithersburg campus. His accomplishments during his more than 27 years as an employee of OPFM have been nothing short of spectacular. More recently, he is to be commended for his facilities support work as a contracting officer’s representative (COR) on important electrical infrastructure projects, identifying and executing energy conservation projects, and managing the Foreseer electrical power management system.
