Mr. Dougherty is recognized for his commitment to advancing the understanding of energy, indoor air quality, water quality, and thermal comfort in homes through his constant vigilance and attention to the needs of EL and affiliated researchers using the Net-Zero Energy Residential Test Facility. He has coordinated researcher activities, resolved challenges effectively, and upgraded systems when needed. Mr. Dougherty is also recognized for his commitment to projects across NIST, leveraging his expertise in photovoltaic systems procurement and performance monitoring to support OFPM, CTL, PML, and the Special Programs Office in their diverse and high-priority projects.
