Mr. Everfield is recognized for going beyond the call of duty to apply his technical safety expertise in a grassroots effort to revitalize and strengthen the OFPM Boulder safety culture, including advising and mentoring personnel in multiple divisions. Mr. Everfield’s dedication led to the successful reopening of the NIST Boulder campus and the execution of construction and maintenance projects despite the added challenges presented by a pandemic.
