This group is recognized for successfully leading the urgent, high-priority, and politically significant build and launch of a CHIPS Incentives application portal and customer relationship management solution, in an extremely condensed time frame of 3 months. The group led a team of over 30 federal and contracted program and operations staff to navigate the complex requirements, design, development, testing, reviews, and approvals necessary to launch a successful public-facing application portal, the first of several phases for the CHIPS Incentives Program and the key first step in its evolution.
