Administrative Officer for the Division. Analyzes and interprets accounting information to help plan, manage and monitor Division's budget, financial activities and expenditures. Maintains understanding of Human Resource laws, regulations, policies and procedures to assist with recruitment, position classification, pay, leave administration, performance management and work schedules. Also maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and procedures related to acquisition requests, travel, and bankcards. Past experience as a Budget Analyst within NIST's Budget Division presented opportunities to develop skills related to briefing managers, DoC and OMB Officials on various budget related, as well as, developing and presenting solutions to issues.
