Nicole Gingrich (Fed)
IT Specialist - ISSO
Nicole Gingrich is an IT Specialist (ISSO) for the Business Operations Office (BOO) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). She collaborates on process improvement and system development projects with and for departments/divisions across NIST, ensuring that the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system or program. She manages IT program release notes and participates in data calls and reports coordinated by BOO. Serving as a a Contracting Officer's Representative (Level II), she manages the division's contracting processes.
Prior to becoming an ISSO, Nicole was a Communications Specialist within BOO and an Economist in NIST's Technology Partnerships Office.
Nicole holds a MS in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from Hood College.
