Jennifer Helgeson

Jennifer is a research economist in the NIST Engineering Laboratory’s Applied Economics Office and associate program manager of the Community Resilience Program. Her research focuses on the economics of disaster resilience and adaptation. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in environmental economics from the London School of Economics and a M.Sc. degree from the University of Oxford.
