The Challenge
In order to supply their diverse offerings of industry leading, original rotary compressors, Aspen Compressor was required by major customers to achieve ISO 9001 Certification.
I knew nothing about ISO 9000 until I had the training provided by AKA. Our trainer was very knowledgeable. He provided us the forms we used to put together our system. He was available when we needed him.
MEP's Role
AKA, part of the MEP National Network™, provided a pre-assessment of the operation to determine gaps and necessary steps to achieve certification. AKA was on site for several days guiding and coaching staff in establishing and implementing compliant ISO processes and procedures. AKA also provided additional on-site and off-site support as
needed to ensure Aspen Compressor had the necessary support to be ready for their certification audit.
