Dr. Dannielle Blumenthal, a dedicated civil servant, is a leader in communication strategies, knowledge management, and technological innovation. She is devoted to creating effective solutions that improve organizational processes and enhance user experiences.
As part of her communications role at the Office of Information Systems Management (OISM) at NIST, Dr. Blumenthal adopts a brand-focused approach to IT communications. She collaborates with colleagues to streamline internal communication processes, optimize content management workflows, and support initiatives aimed at improving audience engagement.
Dr. Blumenthal works closely with her team to analyze, evaluate, plan, and implement an integrated content management strategy that prioritizes accessibility and functionality. She also oversees OISM's publication, The UpTimes, along with its internal employee newsletter.
Beyond her work assignments, Dr. Blumenthal actively participates in community-building activities and engages in best-practice discussions within the GSA Communicators Community, previously known as the Federal Communicators Network.
