Dr. Pooja Yadav is an International Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), where she focuses on advancing single-electron pumps for current metrology. She is working in the Atom Scale Device Group with Michael Stewart performing fundamental research into these devices. Prior to joining NIST, she earned her Ph.D. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India, where she conducted research on dopant atoms based single-electron transistors. Her work included the development of room-temperature SETs using nitrogen-doped silicon, as well as the exploration of inelastic cotunneling and quantum Coulomb blockade effects in nanoscale transistors. She did her M.Sc. in Physics from IIT Indore, India and B.Sc. in Physical Science from the University of Delhi, India.
