Ephraim Gau

Ephraim Gau is a senior graduate student in the Physics Department at Washington University in St. Louis. Working in Professor Henric Krawczynski's high-energy astrophysics group, Ephraim has contributed to a variety of experimental, data analysis, and theoretical projects for acquiring and using X-ray polarization data from black holes and neutron stars. Much of his efforts have been directed toward scientific ballooning missions, which he writes a bit about in his contribution to this blog.
