Angelina Rivera

Angelina Rivera is the Supply Chain Group Manager for the National Platforms Division at NIST’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). She leads a team focused on identifying supply chain trends and addressing gaps affecting small and medium-sized manufacturers. With over 25 years of experience, she has worked in various roles, including Supervisor Industrial Specialist at the Marine Depot Maintenance Command, where she managed production processes and led over 70 process improvement projects. Angelina is certified in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma (Green and Black Belt), and has expertise in supplier development, process optimization, and ISO certification. She has a strong background in continuous improvement and has trained over 600 individuals in process improvement methods. She holds a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
