Abstract

Correlated photons can be used to measure of the quantum efficiency of photon counting photodetectors without ties to any externally calibrated standards. We present a study of the measurement systematics for the purpose of reducing the measurement uncertainties to the 0.1% level and developing a robust measurement protocol.
