Wastewater Management at NIST Boulder Program
Wastewater from the NIST Boulder Site is regulated under an industrial discharge permit issued by the City of Boulder Water Quality and Environmental Services. The permit and the Boulder Revised Code regulate discharges to the sewer system and require monitoring. This suborder sets forth NIST policies for controlling wastewater discharges, and procedures required to comply with NIST's Industrial Discharge Permit.
