Andrew Conn is an International Program Manager with NIST’s International Affairs Group. His primary responsibilities include management of activities supporting engagement with National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) and Regional Metrology Organizations (RMOs). Andrew has served in a variety of roles with the Inter-American Metrology System (SIM), supporting functions of its Quality System Task Force, Electoral Commission, Steering Council, and General Assembly. Since 2020, Andrew has served as NIST’s Program Manager and Lead Evaluation Coordinator to the Israel – U.S. Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation.
Andrew holds a B.A. in Politics from SUNY Potsdam and an M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University.
