David Temoshok is currently serving as the Senior Policy Advisor for the Trusted Identities Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Prior to this David served as the Director for Federal Identity Policy and Management for the Office of Government-wide Policy of the U.S. General Services Administration. In this capacity, David was responsible for the development and deployment of identity management policies and infrastructure for the Federal Government, including the Federal Bridge Public Key Infrastructure and government-wide implementation of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and the design, testing, and government-wide implementation of the Federal Personal Identity Verification card.
David has served in numerous positions in the Federal Government in the areas of cybersecurity, financial management and grants management. He also served as Director for Systems Design and Development for the presidential initiative to implement Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) on a nationwide basis. This initiative was designed to deliver federal and state government benefits electronically and EBT systems are currently in successful operation in all states.
