Donna Sirk is a Management and Program Analyst in the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) for Forensic Science program, part of the Special Programs Office (SPO) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Donna has been with NIST for 32 years and is currently responsible for managing operational activities for the OSAC program, its governing Forensic Science Standards Board (FSSB), and its members and affiliates. Additionally, Donna supports the objectives of the OSAC program through the development and implementation of OSAC policies, processes, and procedures within the organization.
Prior to joining the OSAC program in 2017, Donna held various positions at NIST during her career in the Associate Director for Laboratory Programs (ADLP), Material Measurement Laboratory (MML), Chemical Science and Technology Laboratory (CSTL), and the Center for Analytical Chemistry (CAC).
