Nigel Amoafo Yeboah (IntlAssoc)

Dr. Nigel Amoafo-Yeboah is a Post Doctoral Research Associate with the National Fire Research Laboratory (NFRL). His research specializations include, thermal science, thermal properties of advanced engineering materials, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and additive manufacturing.  Dr. Amoafo-Yeboah works on NFRL’s Advanced Metrology project, where his current research is focused on developing practical strategies to measure radiative heat transfer from large-scale fires.  Dr. Amoafo-Yeboah received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the North Carolina State University, where his research was focused on characterizing fire protection properties of composite metal foams.  A full list of his recent publications can be found on his Google Scholar page.
