Runze Li (IntlAssoc)
Runze (Adrian) Li is an International Associate for Atom Scale Device Group from University of Maryland, within the Nanoscale Device Characterization Division of the Physical Measurement Laboratory. He is working with Joshua M. Pomeroy on the AlOx based thin film characterization and devices. He received a M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Florida in Gainesville, FL in 2021.
