Abstract

As part of the National PDES Testbed Project, the Information Services Center has established a facility to electronically distribute documents. This facility is based on software known as an archive server or mail server. Electronic documents may be requested, and in turn received, via electronic mail (e-mail). This report is intended to function both as a user''s guide and as a general explanation of the system and its capabilities.
