NIST 60. NIST ITS-90 Thermocouple Database

Abstract

This database fully reproduces the tables of NIST Monograph 175, Temperature-Electromotive ForceReference Functions and Tables for the Letter-Designated Thermocouple Types Based on the ITS-90, by Burns, Scroger, Strouse, Croarkin, and Guthrie.These reference functions have been adopted as standards by the American Society for Testing and Materials and the International Electrotechnical Commission. All temperatures in the database are given on the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90).
