Weights and Measures in the News: OWM provides a list of news articles, interviews, and blogs highlighting state weights and measures in the news or other legal metrology topics of interest here.
State Weights and Measures Directors: OWM regularly updates the State Weights and Measures Directors listing for the 50 states, District of Columbia, and the territories of Guam and Puerto Rico. We include the current Directors, Chief, or Administrators, along with a state website link, phone, and mailing address.
State Metrology Laboratories: OWM regularly updates a State Metrology Laboratory for the 50 states, District of Columbia, and territories, the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service/Federal Grain Inspection Service. We include a website link to the laboratory office, along with the mailing and shipping addresses, a copy of the past and current Certificates of Metrological Traceability (if available), NVLAP links, and the contact information for the laboratory’s point of contact(s).
Directory of State W&M Officials and Metrologists: OWM issues a directory that includes the U.S. and its territories. This provides for contact for all current Directors, Chief, or Administrators along with a staff listing, state website link, phone, and mailing address.
