Exhibit and sponsorship opportunities are available to increase your exposure! Industry and government exhibitors will be highlighted July 21-23. Each 8' x 10' exhibit space includes:

• 8' High Backwall Drape
• 3' High Sidewall Drape
• Cardstock Identification Sign
• A 6' x 30" Skirted Table
• 2 Side Chairs
• 1 Wastebasket

Electricity and internet are available for additional fees.
Also Included in the Standard Marketing Services Package:

• Increased brand awareness through face-to-face interaction with attendees;
• Admission for 2 company representatives to the Exhibit Hall;
• Company name listed on conference website;
• Company contact information and description in exhibit program; and,
• Opt-in participant list post show.

Sponsorship Opportunities Presentations composed of primarily commercial content can only be coordinated through our sponsorship program. A wide range of attractive sponsorship opportunities have been designed; however, symposium organizers are open to customizing a sponsorship benefits program to match your organizational marketing strategy.
