Jeffrey Horlick Awarded 2024 Distinguished Associate Accolade
Congratulations to Jeffrey Horlick on winning a 2024 Distinguished Associate Accolade for extraordinary national leadership in improving the scientific quality of forensic science practices through standards development. He contributed to work that was awarded a 2023 DOC Gold Medal Award with fellow NIST employees John Butler, Allison Getz, Will Guthrie, Barbara Guttman, JP Jones, Marcela Najarro, Karen Reczek, Donna Sirk, and Alan Zheng.
A hybrid celebration will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 1:30pm ET / 11:30am MT, where a presentation combined with pre-recorded videos to showcase the work of the winners will be shown. An in-person reception will follow on each of the Gaithersburg, Boulder, and Charleston campuses.
