Nadine DeJesus is a Group Manager for the A Group in the Networks Agreements Management Division for the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). She has over 35 years of experience working with program management, grant and cooperative agreement funding at local, state, and Federal levels. Nadine has previously held a senior position as a Team Lead Project Officer/ Program Health Officer at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA) where she had daily oversight of a team of project officers for grants and cooperative agreements. She also held the positions as a Grants Management Specialist with SAMSHA where at one point, she served as Acting Grant Officer. Prior to SAMSHA, she held the position of Grant Management Specialist working at NIST Grants Management Division. She also worked with the DC Government, Office of Grants Management and Development as a Grant Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst and in New York City Department of Homeless Services in positions of program and grant management administration. Nadine received her BA with a focus in Communications from The College of New Rochelle. She also holds Federal Acquisition Certifications for Contracting Officer’s Representatives (FAC-COR) and Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM).
