Information for Presentations
Speakers should make sure their talks are loaded on the room PC, or that their laptops have an appropriate display connection, before their session.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Poster dimensions should be limited to 122 cm (W) x 90 cm (H), to fit on the conference display boards.
All posters should be left on display for the duration of the conference.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Each conference room has a PC and projection equipment. Speakers can either bring their presentation on a memory stick or use their own personal laptop. The projection equipment can accommodate both the 4:3 and 16:9 display formats.
Contributed Talks (15 minutes total, including time for questions).
Invited Talks (30 minutes total, including time for questions).
Müller Talks (15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)
Plenary Talks (45 minutes total, including time for questions).
